External and internal training courses guarantee reliability and accurate work.
Progressive thinking and innovations are certainly important and good, but each new acquisition by the dental laboratory of Karl Stöckmann & Dirk Nickel, e.g. titanium or zirconium oxide (CAD/CAM), is checked and tested in the laboratory to see whether these technologies have any real advantages for the patient and for the dentist in their application. Each employee identifies with his or her work and with the management position.
Knowledge gained is passed on among staff by means of good cooperation, which is the only way to create a broad spectrum of knowledge. Internal operational decisions are communicated quickly to each employee by means of a rapid flow of information. Each employee has the necessary space to develop a sense of responsibility and competence.

All of our work is monitored by an experienced master technician, Mr Nickel, Mr Stöckmann, Mr Wegener or Mr Schettler (laboratory manager).
